Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) complete at least four years of university education to specialize in designing and overseeing exercise programs for individuals with complex health conditions. They work with clients managing a range of conditions, including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, mental health issues, other chronic conditions, as well as those with disabilities or injuries.

Hello! I’m Jordey, an experienced Exercise Physiologist passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science, I specialise in creating tailored exercise programs that support movement, strength, and overall well-being for people of all abilities. My approach focuses on empowering clients to improve balance, manage chronic conditions, stay active, and lead independent lives.
Alongside my clinical practice, I also teach at the University of Western Australia, sharing my knowledge with future exercise professionals. I am committed to creating inclusive and empowering environments for my clients, ensuring that each individual's unique needs and abilities are understood and addressed with compassion, expertise a great big smile!
